Digital Marketing Manager
This person will be in charge of rebranding the Iloome (www.Iloome.com) on line presence and product line to grow our online presence by 100% within the next 12 months and by 20% within the first 3 months.
Duties will include but not limited to maintaining our Google Adword account, Social Media aspects of the product line, along with the usual marketing functions such as create and upload blog and website content, email and print campaigns, if needed.
Manage day to day operations, adding and removing products as well as editing content written in HTML. Develop Email marketing efforts which included, setting up email campaigns and picking the target audience.
Maximize our return from Amazon and ebay along with our own web site and constantly look for new ways to redefine and implement strategies to optimize our on line marketing campaigns and reporting sales.
You must be self sufficient in starting and ending projects in regards to marketing and development initiatives.
Skill set needed: Besides the usual skill set of having good communication skills and outstanding proficiency in MS word and Wed Development this person will need strong understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords, FB Pixel, SEO/SEM knowledge, Affiliate Marketing, eMails Campaign and Social Media Strategy.
Be able to measure performance of all online campaigns against goals (aCPC, ACoS & ROI) then be able to report the results with an analysis and offer follow up measures, if needed.
One must be an expert in e-commerce platforms and tools.
