1. Refund Policy

If within 30 days of receipt you are DISSATISFIED with your purchase for ANY reason and would like a FULL product refund (not including shipping) simply follow these steps:

  1. Submit an RMA Request or email support@iloome.com your order description and photo of the issue if applicable.
  2. Repack the product in its original packaging, including all materials.
  3. After your RMA is approved please ship the item back to our return address below for a full product refund. If you would prefer we can send a prepaid shipping label that will be deducted from your refund.

iloome is not responsible for any item lost or stolen during the shipping and delivery process. It is strongly suggested adding a tracking number when returning a package to confirm delivery. This is offered free with USPS first class shipping within the United States.

Any shipping charges incurred on your original order cannot be refunded; customers outside the U.S. please contact our customer service at support@iloome.com

    USPS Domestic
    First Class: Normally takes 3-6 business days
    Priority: Normally takes 2-3 business days
    Two Day: Normally Takes 2 business days

    USPS International Canada
    First Class International: Normally takes 4-8 business days
    Expedited International: Normally takes 2-4 business days

    USPS International (Asia, Europe, South America)
    First Class Shipping: Varies by Destination (package will not be tracked after it leaves the US)
    Expedited Shipping: Varies by Destination

    After a shipping company acknowledges acceptance of a package iloome is not responsible for any item lost or stolen during the shipping and delivery process. USPS does not offer tracking on first class INTERNATIONAL shipments.

    iloome is not responsible if a package is delivered late by the shipping service.

    If a package is returned to iloome due to incorrect shipping information the customer will be notified, and refunded for the purchased item(s) not including shipping and handling.

    Orders will be shipped within 1 or 2 business days. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and the following holidays:

    • New Years Day (January 1)
    • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
    • Labor Day (First Monday in September)
    • Independence Day (July 4)
    • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
    • Day after Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Friday in November)
    • Christmas Day (December 25)

    The business day before or after Christmas Day depending on what day of the week the holiday falls on.

     

    3. Special Considerations
    • All orders are subject to approval based on the billing information provided.
    • All orders may be placed on hold for further security verification, including, but not limited to different billing and shipping addresses, and any order exceeding $100 USD.

      

    4. Miscellaneous

    iloome does NOT recommend using cracked or damaged ScreenMate products on the device, as it may result in bodily harm such as cuts or scrapes. Please discard appropriately.

    1. Submit an RMA Request or email support@iloome.com your order description and photo of the issue if applicable.
    2. Repack the product in its original packaging, including all materials.
    3. Return the package using the prepaid shipping label emailed to you upon RMA Request approval.

    Please Note: This 30 day warranty does not cover damage due to accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, damage caused by cell phone cases.
