  • When will my order ship from iloome's warehouse?

  • All orders normally ship out within 1 to 2 business days. We ship products from Monday through Friday, excluding any U.S. Federal holidays. 

  • Yes. We provide tracking numbers to our customers on all shipping methods. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide to us when the order is placed and when your order ships from our warehouse, your shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to your email.

  • Domestic (Continental US)

    Standard Shipping 

    Normally takes three to five business days from the date of shipment.
    Priority Mail($6.45) Normally takes two to three business days.
    Priority Express($22.95) Normally takes one to two business days.


    International (Canada)

    Standard Shipping ($9.50) Normally takes five to ten business days from the date of shipment.
    Priority Mail International ($23.95) Normally takes two to four business days.


    International (Anywhere else)

    Standard Shipping ($13.75) Normally takes ten to twenty business days from the date of shipment.
    Priority Mail International ($32.95) Normally takes three to five business days.

    Delivery terms are subjected to the courier’s Terms of Service. Please be advised that special circumstances, including, but not limited to natural disasters and holiday delays, may postpone shipping delivery date.

  • We accept all major credit cards including: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.

  • iloome will not charge you any VAT, sales, customs or duty tax on top of your international order. However, you might be required to pay customs and duties before the local customs release your package. Historical data shows that the majority of our customers do not need to pay customs taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

  • Due to the nature of the product, the edges of the glass are the most vulnerable areas. Using a case along with your ScreenMate helps prevents chipping or cracking the edges of your ScreenMate. It is not generally recommended to reuse the ScreenMate once it has been applied, as adhesive may lose its strength as well as risk of foreign object such as dust adhering to the glass. We strongly recommend that to NOT use any cracked or damaged ScreenMate products on the device, as it may result in bodily harm such as cuts or scrapes. Please discard appropriately.

  • Yes. ScreenMate Tempered Glass Screen Protectors are compatible with most cases available on the market, but we cannot guarantee that all cases will be completely compatible. All iloome branded cases works great with ScreenMate Tempered Glass, unless otherwise specified.
